JOHANNESBURG – Crime expert Calvin Rafadi has rung the alarm on bogus institutions that continue to mushroom in the country.
He says such bogus institutions damage the economy.
South Africans have been warned to be aware of unaccredited institutions offering bogus higher education qualifications.
