A polio survivor has failed in claims for disability discrimination and unfair dismissal against a pharmacy firm co-owned by former Fine Gael TD Kate O’Connell.
In a complaint under the Employment Equality Act, pharmacist Fadia Alshareefy alleged she was discriminated against due to her disability during her employment with Morgan O’Connell Pharmacy Ltd, trading as Blackglen Pharmacy.
